Refund & Return Policy

At The Naked Glass, we take pride in the quality of our curated barware collection and want you to love every purchase.

1. Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, used or unsealed barware, glassware, or accessories cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please email support@thenakedglass.net for assistance.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled with in 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
